Strategic Executers of Change
No matter what your organization does, you face constant change. Change comes from all around us. It is critical for the BA Practice Lead to think and communicate holistically. In the context of business, holistic thinking takes into account the purpose, values, function, process, and structure of the organization. Holistic thinking forms the basis for everything BA Practice Leads do:
